How will your company branded dental plan work?
Whilst every membership plan is different depending on the company needs, a typical plan might consist of two dental appointments and two hygiene appointments per year, plus 20 - 25% discount on further treatments. Typical costs range from £11.00 - £17.00 per month.
You will need to decide if your plan will be company funded or employee funded.
Company funded – the company will pay for, or subsidise, each employee on the plan.
Employee funded – the employee will pay for their dental care which will be deducted from their net pay.
